We’ll admit that IdaPac is not for everyone. Balancing the demands of suppliers and customers can be a high-pressure, high-stress prospect. But the opportunities for reward are also high. Through our ESOP, we share financially in the growth of the company, and as employee-owners, we have the pride and privilege of seeing our company grow and prosper.
Our offices are filled with people who know a thing or two about remaining cool under pressure. The dress code is casual, and the employees are friendly. But we all take our jobs seriously.
Currently, we have around 75 employees, and we’re constantly growing. Most of our employees work in our corporate offices in Boise, but from time to time we have job opportunities in our regional offices in Arizona, California, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon and Texas. Experienced Lumber Traders:
Our traders are service-oriented, high-energy individuals who sell lumber to framers and general contractors. For this position, we are looking for hard working, ethical, positive, career-minded team players who are driven to make an outstanding income. Applicants with experience, a pre-established customer base, and solid track record are preferred.
